Gwadar Central is a recently propelled housing scheme in Gwadar by a Lahore based real estate company New Life Developers. Payment Plan:
The payment plan of both the commercial and residential plots was revealed a few months back but after the sale of 50% plots, the New Life Developers has increased the prices of the plots by 20%. The revised payment plan is also revealed on the official website as well on the Facebook page of Gwadar Central. The residential plots are available in 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal and non-residential plots are available in 8 and 6 Marla dimensions. The payment plan is planned for a period of 2 years of installments.
Following is the method for buying the plots.
- Submit processing fee Rs. 5500/-
- Make a 20% down payment of the total cost of the plot.
- 20% will be required to pay at the time of possession.
- The residual will be divided into 24 monthly installments.
Corner Plot: 10% Extra Charge
Facing Park: 10% Extra Charge
Facing Main Boulevard: 10% Extra Charge
- 10% discount on 100% payment & 5% discount on 50% payment will be given.
- In case of extra covered area/land with any plot, the extra amount will be charged.
- Any transaction cost incurred will be payable by the customer.
- The prices cover the cost of land only.
- The processing fee is Rs. 5500 / plot.
